Welcome to our web site.   Pine River Homes specializes in providing distinctive Log Homes, Timber Frame Homes, and Log Cabins.   Joan and I are independent representatives and licensed builders for the Real Log Homes® , Real Log Cabins, and TIMBERPEG® brands of pre-cut homes.  

Real Log Homes® are designed by Vermont Log Buildings in Hartland, VT. and manufactured in facilities in Vermont, and Montana.   We began to sell and build Real Log Homes® after our experience with the product while building our home.  We are proud to be part of a network of over 150 Independent Representatives worldwide who have sold more than 24,000 Real Log Homes® brand log homes over the past 45 years.

TIMBERPEG® post and beam homes are designed in West Lebanon NH and manufactured in Claremont NH and Idanha OR.   We have added this premier product to our line because it meets the expectations of a very selective market.   The more traditional exterior styles, coupled with a similar open floor plan look, appeals to a segment of the market looking for individuality in their home.

Pine River Homes will see you through every phase of your project.   A library of hundreds of floor plans and photos of Real Log Homes® and TIMBERPEG® homes (as shown above) can be seen at our model.    Other informative material on windows, doors, flooring, stairs, railings, lighting, switch plates, exterior and interior finishes and other materials will help make your house a home.   And once you select the house and materials, we can help you prepare a detailed cost estimate for the bank and can help you find financing for either contractor built or owner built homes.
